Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Any tour including an admission charge is NON-REFUNDABLE (i.e. Rose Parade, Theater, etc.).

Day Tours:
Cancellations less than three (3) working days prior to tour are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Overnight Tours:
Tours with an overnight stay must be cancelled no less than seven (7) working days in advance.
All tours must operate with a minimum number of passengers. Should it be necessary to cancel a tour, we make every effort to cancel at least five days prior to tour.
